Mash 4 over ripe bananas. Add 1/8 cup honey and mix. Add 1 cup crushed nuts & 1.5-2 cups of oats. Mix well!Add 1 tbsp coconut oil & mix well.Spread parchment paper on a baking tray and spread the mix.Spread evenly.Add dried fruits and nuts on top, I added pistachios & raisins.Press the topping gently.Preheat the oven for 375 degree Fahrenheit or 190 degree celsius and bake it for 45 to 55 minutes (check Frequently).Check frequently. I put a timer for 20 minutes first and then for another 30 minutes.This is after 50-60 minutes of baking.Great for all age groups.
