Miso Tahini:
– 1/2 cup tahini
– 1 Tbsp tamari
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 1/2 cup water
– juice of half lemon
– 1 Tbsp maple syrup
WHISK!
The Tahini Green:
– 1/2 cup tahini
– 3 Tbsp white miso paste
– 1 tsp coriander
– 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 1 Tbsp maple syrup
– 1/2 cup mint leaves
– 1/2 cup basil leaves
– 1 cup cilantro (with stems)
– 1/2 cup lemon juice (could sub lime juice)
– 1 cup water
– 1/4 cup onions (I used red but you could use any kind)
– 2 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
– few cracks of pepper
– 1 tsp sea salt
BLEND!
Class Ranch:
– 1.5 cups raw cashews (preferably soaked for better digestion)
– 1 cup water
– 1 heaping Tbsp dried dill
– 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
– juice of 1.5 lemons (about 3 Tbsp)
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 3/4 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp sea salt
BLEND!
