A quick veg sandwich recipe that can be made in minutes with just few ingredients. This can be served for breakfast or lunch or snack.

Ingredients

Bread
Mayonnaise
Tomato
Cucumber
Onion

Instructions
==========
1.Chop onions, cucumber and tomato. Add them to a bowl.
2.Add mayo to it.
3.Mix up everything well and spread on the bread.
4.turn on the flame to very low and heat tawa.
5.Place sandwich on it.
6.Flip other side
7.Press down bread with a spatula. This helps the bread to stick to the stuffing. You can also grill this in a sandwich maker
8.Cut to triangles or squares.
9.Serve veg sandwich hot.
