– Curd (Dahi) – 1 cup
– Sourdough bread – 2 slices
– Salt – to taste
– Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
– Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
– Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
– Oil – 1/2 tsp
– Green chilli – finely chopped
– Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
– Curry leaves – a few

👨🍳 Procedure:
1. In a bowl, mix curd, salt, chilli flakes, turmeric, and mixed herbs.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
3. Add green chilli and sauté for a few seconds.
4. Pour this tempering into the curd mixture and mix well.
5. Spread the mixture evenly on sourdough bread slices.
6. Toast on a pan until golden and crispy on both sides.
7. Slice and serve hot!
