These airfried bread puffs are crispy outside, creamy & spicy inside — and a much smarter snack option when cravings hit 💪✨

Ingredients : (Makes 3 puffs)
3 slices whole wheat bread
60g low-fat paneer
25g hung curd
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
1 tbsp sweet corn
1 green chilli, chopped
Salt to taste
@ricano.in chilli flakes
@ricano.in oregano
@ricano.in piri piri masala
½ cheese slice total
½ tsp desi ghee for brushing
White & black sesame seeds

Method:
1. Boil paneer for 2–3 mins to soften it, then crumble.
2. Mix paneer, hung curd, onion, capsicum, sweet corn, green chilli & seasoning.
3. Flatten bread slices properly using a roller.
4. Add around 1 tbsp filling + little cheese.
5. Brush water on edges, fold & seal using a fork.
6. Preheat airfryer at 180°C for 5 mins.
7. Brush the airfryer bucket & puffs lightly with desi ghee.
8. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
9. Airfry at 180°C for 10–15 mins till golden & crispy.
