Sharing with you all one of my favourite snacks roasted chickpeas! This is such an easy, protein-packed, healthy recipe that anyone can make simply at home. Recipe details below.

Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Rinse and drain your canned chickpeas. Pat dry and add to a baking sheet and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place into the oven and bake for 25 minutes, keeping a close eye and flipping every 10 minutes to ensure the chickpeas don’t stick and cook evenly.
4. Prepare the chickpea seasonings. Combine 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1 tsp of basil into a bowl and mix together. In another bowl, combine 1 tsp of rosemary and 1 tsp of parmesan cheese and mix together. Set aside.
5. Take the chickpeas out of the oven with only about 10 minutes left and coat evenly with each of the seasonings. I split mine down the middle to keep the two flavours separate.
6. Reduce your oven temperature to 350°F and put the chickpeas back into the oven to cook for an additional 10 minutes. For extra crispy chickpeas cook for another 8-10 minutes.
