So I am sharing my Monday Wednesday routine (as I keep changing diet every alternate day)

1. KARHA: to make u healthy instead of tea start ur day with this healthy Drink.
Trust me its no less than tea.tastes even better.
Prep time: 10min
Let 1 cup of water boil then add half crushed fennel -1/4 ts, cardamom 1, clove 2, crushed Ginger and Jaggery 1ts.
Let it boil for some time n strain.
You can also add tulsi leaves or honey instead of jaggery.
2. RAVA UTTAPPAM: a very healthy a tasty breakfast made with suji or rava.
Prep time 15min
Add 1 cup of suji and 1 cup of curd mix it well. Add Rai(Mustard seeds), curry leaves, corriander, onion, tomato, chopped greenchili , pinch of chat masala n red chili powder can be added for taste. Grease the pan with pinch of olive oil n spread the batter. Cook from both side.
3. Fresh Fruits: Now here I try a lot of variety. Here it is the apple day with a must Orange. Vitamin-C is very important now a days so please add an orange in ur diet or any fruit containing Vitamin-C.
So here it is. a simple #21dayschallenge can make u healthy. Stay fit to defeat Corona.
