Recipe
Sweet Potato – 2
Jaggery – 2 tsp
( or brown sugar or sugar)
Coconut – 1 tbs
Hot Ghee – 2 tsp
Pinch of cardamom powder, dry ginger powder.
Wash and cook sweet potato along with water for one whistle. Peel the skin, mash. Add all other things, mix and make balls as shown. You can’t store it. Just finish it the day you make.
