Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
3 cup water
2 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp green peas
1 carrot, finely chopped
1tsp musturd seeds
1tsp cumin seeds
1tbsp Urad dal (White lentil)
8 to 10 curry leaves
1 green chilli roughly chopped
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1 tbsp cashew nut
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1/2 cup Semolina
2 tbsp beaten curd
Salt to Taste
1tsp lemon juice
Sugar (optional)
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method
1. Roast the rolled oats until the colour changed and transfer to a plate let it cool down to room temperature.
2. Cook green peas and carrot in boiling water and keep aside.
3. Heat a pan and heat ghee in it.
4. Add musturd seeds, cumin seeds, Asafoetida, urad dal, green chilli, cashew nut, onion and saute until onion softens.
5. Add tomatoes and cook it for a few seconds.
6. Now add the Semolina and roast for a few seconds.
7. Add roasted oats, water with cooked vegetables and keep stirring.
8. Add the beaten curd, salt, sugar and lemon juice and mix it well.
9. Serve hot.
10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
