first, roast the makhana…
Ingredients:
Spicy makhana………
1 cup roasted makhana
1tsp ghee or oil
1handful of peanuts
salt to taste
1/4 turmeric
some slices dry coconuts
some curry leaves
2 green chilly. or chilly powder……
2. Sweet Makhana or Caramelized lotus seed
1 cup roasted lotus seed
1/2 tsp jaggery or gude
1/2tsp ghee
cardamom powder …1/2 tsp
1 tsp sesame seed or coconut
