Here I have shown the perfect and healthy way of making this super crunchy and crispy chuda mixture or chivda mixture in this video. This crunchy chuda mixture takes few minutes to prepare with less and all time available ingredients . This healthy and crispy chuda mixture can be stored in an air-tight container for more than 15 days . Ingredients :
1. Flattened Rice ( Chuda / Chivda / Avalakki ) – 3 palmful or ( 400gm approx. )
2. Peanuts ( Raw/ roasted ) – 1 palmful ( or as required )
3. Cashew nuts ( Slitted ) – 8 nos
4. Slitted Green chilli – 2 nos ( remove the seeds )
5. Fresh Curry leaves – 1 stem ( or 8-10 leaves )
6. Dry red chilli – 3 nos ( or as required )
7. Powdered Sugar – 1/2 tsp ( or you can use whole Sugar )
8. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
9. Chat masala ( Optional ) – 1/4 tsp
10. Salt according to the taste ( or 1/4 tsp )
