Here are the ingredients for the smoothie and the stir fry as promised:

Breakfast smoothie:
– Non dairy milk or water
– 2x handfuls of kale or spinach
– Seeds: 2x tbsp pumpkin, 1x tbs hemp and 1x tbs flaxseeds
– 1x frozen banana (you could use 2 or dates for more sweetness)
– Fresh or frozen blueberries (or any other type of berries)
– 1 tsp Ashwagandha
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric
– A pinch of black pepper (to activate the turmeric)
– 1x tbsp vegan protein powder (this one was hemp)

Stir fry: (amounts as you wish)
– Olive oil (you could use coconut oil or not oil at all in which case you could add some water so that the food doesn’t stick to the pan)
– Garlic
– Spring onions
– Ginger
– Mushrooms
– Beansprouts
– Broccoli
– Red cabbage
– Red peppers
– Carrots
– Chickpeas
– Salt
– For garnish: avocado and sauerkraut (sometimes I also use sprouted beans, broccoli, alfalfa etc)
