These are my favourite homemade trail snack, perfect for keeping you topped up with energy when out shredding!! Made with no butter or sugar. They are super healthy, quick and easy to make, and….. you probably have the stuff in the house to make them today!
Made from only 150g Porridge Oats, 150ml Milk and 2 Ripe Bananas! (the blacker the better because this makes the cookies sweeter!)
Mash the bananas, mix all the ingredients together and bake for 20-30 mins or until golden brown! These are super nice and you can make them with any filling of your choice… For these cookies we added 50g of chocolate chips but to make them even healthier you could use blueberries, dried fruit or seeds!
