Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken.
1 Onion.
2 Tomatoes.
1 tsp minced Ginger.
1 tsp minced Garlic.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
1 cup Yogurt.
Fresh Cilantro.
Fresh Ginger.
Fresh Lemon Slices.

Recipe:
In a pressure cooker add chicken, onion, tomato and 1 cup water. Add salt, red chili powder, minced ginger, minced garlic. Cover and pressure cook for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the chicken into a wok. Make sure cook on high heat.
Cook until it’s almost dry and then add 1/2 yogurt. (Make sure the yogurt is room temperature and add some water and mix it well). Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the other half of yogurt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add fresh ginger, cilantro and lemon slices. Enjoy.
