Caesar salad:
Chicken fillet – 300 gr
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt, pepper to taste
Paprika – 1 tsp
Bread for crackers – 7-8 slices
Cooking oil
A mixture of dried herbs – 1-2 tsp.
Quail eggs – 7-8 pcs.
Cherry Tomatoes – 7-8 pcs.
Iceberg salad – 1/2 head of cabbage (can be replaced with Beijing cabbage)
Dressing:
Olive oil – 5 tbsp.,
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp.,
Mustard Dijon – 1 tsp,
Honey – 1 hour
Sour cream (or yogurt) – 3 tbsp.
Salt to taste
