Recipe : Soya Nuggets Sandwich

Ingredients
Soyabean
Onions / Pyaz
Carrot / Gajar
Capsicum / shimla mirch
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
Soya Sauce
Chilly Sauce
Vinegar
Tomato Ketchup
Oregano

Steps:
Soak soyabean for 1 hour
Remove water and grind (remember, Do Not fine grind)
Heat Pan and add oil
Saute Onion, Carrot and Capsicum
Add Salt and black pepper powder and cook for 2-4 minutes
Add Soyabean, Chilly Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Vinegar and Soya Sauce
Add 1/4 cup of water (only to cook soyabean), remember do not add excess water
Close the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes and Masala is ready
Use sandwich maker to make sandwich and enjoy!!
