Soya bharta is a easy and healthy recipe, we don’t need much ingredients to make it , you can make it easily with minimum ingredients. It’s a very helpful recipe when you are in lockdown. It doesn’t require any vegetables, so you can say it no vegetables recipe
Ingredients we need
100 gm Soya bean
1 small size onion
10-12 cloves of garlic
1 inch ginger
1 small tomato
Green chilli according test
Salt to test
Oil as per your choice
1/2 tsp Black cumin seeds
1/2 tspTurmeric powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Coriander leafs optional
How to make
First boil the soya chunks , add little salt to it . Then strain the soya chunks and make a paste . On other hand make another paste with onion , ginger , tomato, garlic and green chilli. Heat oil in a pan add black cumin seeds and one green chilli. When it’s start to sizzle add the tomato onion and ginger garlic paste, cook till oil got separated from masala, add turmeric powder and cumin powder , add the soyabean paste to it , cook with the masala till water evaporates totally. When water evaporates totally switch off the flame and add coriander leafs if you want , serve hot with rice .
