Hope you are all well and staying safe and healthy during this quarantine period. Thought I’d share some of my favourite healthy snacks in this video. Again, I stress I am in no way, shape, or form, a nutritionist, these are purely foods that I enjoy eating and they help me overcome some of my sugary cravings for not so healthy snacks.
