How to make overnight oatmeal.

🐾we need to soak four teaspoons of rolled oats in milk and add two spoons of curds. add one teaspoon of chis seeds and one spoon of flax seed powder.

🐾soak them overnight at least for 8 hours. keep it in refrigerator.

🐾 To this mixture, add chopped bananas and apples,pomegranate or you can add fruits of your choice.

🐾 add soaked and peeled almonds and raisins if you like.

🐾 add chopped dates.

🐾 Now and two spoons of honey or maple syrup. Now your bowl of healthy oatmeal is ready…mix all of this and enjoy
