Finally a meal prep that is right for me. Not only were these meals deliciously satisfying but also affordable! My goal is to gain muscle and lose fat so I did some research. Upon my research I read that in order to lose weight I should be eating 1,500 calories a day. So I went on Pinterest for quick healthy food choices. I went to my local Kroger’s and bought Salmon, 3 Bell Peppers, Whole Grain Bread, Spaghetti Squash, Cereal, and Coconut Milk for Exactly $20! I ate 3 meals a day including snacks. I was drinking cucumber water and exercising daily for 30 minutes to an hour and I would see results the next day. My stomach was flat and I had more energy during my workouts😁
