Omelette Sandwich – Quick & Easy Breakfast recipe
Basic Omelette Ingredients
1) Egg – 2 nos
2) Onion – 1/4 chopped
3) Green Chilli – 1 nos
4) Salt to taste
5) Tomato pieces
6) Mayonnaise – 1/2 tbsp or as required
7) Frozen Paratha
1) First, we can make a basic omelette
2) For that pour, a mixture of 2 eggs, some chopped onion, 1 green chill, salt to taste and I have placed some tomato pieces on top.
3) Cook on low flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
4) Meanwhile, I have cooked a frozen parotta and kept ready.
5) Flip the omelette to cook the other side.
6) Add Mayonnaise and serve hot
What is the difference between scrambled eggs and an omelette?
Scrambled eggs are basically the eggs that are stirred when cooked. But the omelettes have some other ingredients included in it. That is the most important difference between an omelette and the Scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs are just loose and an omelette is where all the eggs get together along with your favourite toppings.
