Mini pancake maker:
Glass straws:

Collagen powder for smoothies:
INSTAGRAM:
Banana pancakes
-2 ripe bananas
-2 eggs
-1 2T rolled oats
-dash of cinnamon
optional: 1T chia seeds
Blend on low. Cook on
a skillet or mini pancake maker with butter
ENJOY!
Green smoothie:
2C of green
1C of frozen mango, pineapple, and berries
1 frozen banana
1C oat milk
Scoop of collagen
Optional: add 2 dates if you like sweet smoothies
Ribeye Steak:
-Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, steak seasoning
-Turn cast iron skillet on high heat and add steak and 1 chopped up onion
-cook until both sides are browned (about 3 minutes per side)
-place cast iron skillet in oven and broil for about 12 minutes for a medium steak (turning over at the half way point)
Red garlic mashed potatoes
-lightly skin potatoes. Keep the skin on a few of them
-cut up in cubes and add to salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are soft.
-reserve about 2 cups of potato water and then drain
-add potatoes back to pot (heat should be off) and begin adding reserved potato water a little at a time. Add just enough to mash
-mash potatoes and season with ghee, salt, pepper, basil, and garlic powder
