Here is a very quick & healthy Vegetable Burger recipe. This is absolutely adequate for both Kids & Adults. This tastes so yummy that kids are going to simply love it. The best part is, you will be able to feed so many vegetables of your choice and kids will lovingly have it without even knowing it.

Ingredients:-
Burger Bun – 2
Onion Slices – 2
Cucumber Slices – 2
Tomato Slices – 2
Lettuce leaves (If Lettuce not available, replace it with cabbage leaves)
Sweet Potatoes (Shakarkand/Shakarkandi) – 2 Medium size
Black Pepper Powder (Kali mirch ka powder) – 1 Teaspoon
Sriracha sauce (Hot Chilli Sauce- Optional) – 1 Teaspoon
Mustard Sauce (Sarson ki Sauce- Optional) – 1 Teaspoon
Tomato Ketchup (Tomato Sauce) – 1 Teaspoon
6-7 Green Beans – Finely chopped
1 Medium Carrot (Gajar) – Finely chopped
1/3rd Capsicum (Shimla mirch)- Finely chopped
2 Medium Onions (Pyaz) – Finely chopped
Salt – To taste
Cooking Oil – 2 Tablespoon (1 for chopped vegetables & 1 for Patties,Buns,Onions slices)
