Foxtail millet idli
Foxtailmillet 2 cups
Urad dal 1 cup
Grind and ferment for 8 hours
Add 1/2 tbsp salt

Peanut tomato chutney
1/2 cup peanut
2 tomatoes
4 green chilies
Coriander
1 clove garlic
Saute with 1tbsp oil
Grind well and add salt to taste

Tempering
1tbsp oil
Mix of mustered,cumin ,red chili and curry leaves
Add it to chutney
