Ingredients
1/2 cup- whole wheat flour )I have used 1tbsp extra for crispy bites)
3 tbsp- ghee at room temperature
1/4 cup date palm jaggery

How to make 3-ingredient cookies nankhatais:
Whisk ghee and jaggery until fluffy
Sift whole wheat flour and make lime-sized balls
Preheat oven/airfryer to 160 degree C for 5 mins
Bake for 12-14 mts or until done
