Easy to make – chicken salad.
You will need 300gms boneless chicken (any other could work as well). Dice the chicken into small pieces a put it into a bowl.
Add a few seasonings for marination.
1) 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
2) 1 tbsp curd/yoghurt.
3) 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder.
4) 1/4 tbsp chili powder.
5) 1/4 tbsp cumin powder.
6) 1/4 tbsp coriander powder.
7) 1 tbsp salt

Mix everything and keep in the fridge for 30 mins.

Heat some oil in the pan and add some butter as well. Add the marinated chicken and cook for around 15 mins.

Remove chicken from the pan onto a plate. Add sliced onions and carrots into the pan and saute them for few mins. Add peas as well after a while.

Add some mesculin/spinach/lettuce leaves on the plate. Spread them apart evenly to create a base for our salad. Add sauteed vegetables and chicken evenly. Add diced cucumber and any other vegetables you want. Add some dressing like Thousand Island dressing, Balsamic dressing, olive oil or any other kind of dressing as per taste. You can use yogurt for dressing as well.
