How to make Healthy Low-fat Vegetable Macaroni/Pasta Recipe for Weight Loss by Diet with Zonaira.
Ingredients:
Chicken in cubes(160gm)
Macroni 1 Cup(80gm)
Tomatoes 1 (Chopped)
Cabbage 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Capsicum 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Carrot 2 tbsp (Chopped)
ginger paste 1tbsp
Onion 1 Small (Chopped)
Oil 1 teaspoon
potato 1 large size(fries)
peas half cup
Vinegar 1 tBp
Soya souce 1 tBS
Egg 2 (fried)
Salt as to taste
Tomato ketchup 4tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a Pot and add 2 Cups water and boil it. After Boiled add macaroni / Pasta and add pinch Salt and boil for 5 minutes on high flame. After boiled dry its water.
Step 2: Now take a pan add oil and onion cook for 2 minute now add ginger paste and cook for 2 minutes after 2 minutes, add chicken cube and cook until chicken color convert into white now add tomato,salt,black pepper powder,soya souse Vinegar and mix it well cover pan with lid and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on medium flame. After that add Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage,potato,peas fry egg and mix it well .
Step 3: now add boiled macaroni and mix it well. now serve it and enjoy
