what I EAT in a DAY as a MODEL | Healthy snack & meals in Quarantine, My Daily Routine & Wellness

I really hope you guys enjoy todays video!!!
In this video I decided to show you guys what I eat in a day as a student. As well as this, I included many healthy recipes that are both vegan and vegetarian!

Breakfast:
150g of greek yogurt
1/4 of a banana
2 large strawberries
a handful of frozen blueberries
1 tsp of peanut butter
1 pinch of chia seeds
Lunch:
1 cup of pasta
4 table spoons of tomato sauce
1 pinch of parmesan
spinach
1 pinch of nuts
Dinner:
2 pieces of cooked chicken
3 tsp lemon
4 tablespoons of rice
1/2 of a medium cucumber
Snack 1:
1 slices of homemade wholegrain bread
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1/4 of a banana
1/2 of a handful of frozen blueberries
1/2 a handful of homemade granola
1 pinch of chia seeds
