What time is it? It’s snack time! Because there’s that weird time between lunch and dinner when your tummy just needs a little something something. At least mine does! What is that anyway? And where did it come from? //
If you are truly hungry, (and really, most of the time, you probably are), make sure your snack has at least one of two key things in it: protein and healthy fat. This way it will offer satiety and satisfaction for the rest of the early evening until dinner time. //
