– 1/2 cup nut butter (I used peanut butter)
– 1/4 cup coconut oil
– 2 TBSP honey/rice malt syrup
– 1/2 cup protein powder (I used Bowmar Nutrition Banana Split flavor)
– Additional toppings if desired (I added 1 chopped Dove dark chocolate with almonds)
1.) line tray/dish with wax paper
2.) Melt & combine coconut oil with honey in saucepan on LOW HEAT (make sure it is very low heat so you don’t burn it)
3.) TURN HEAT OFF – add nut butter & protein to the mixture – stir well
4.) Pour mixture into dish & add toppings (if desired)
5.) Freeze for 1 hour or until set – break apart & enjoy
(store in freezer or fridge)
