Banana Oatmeal Cookies:
One of my daughter’s favorite. They are soft and full of nutrition. Ingredients can be adjusted based on your taste and availability.

Ingredients (Makes 20 cookies) :
– 2 to 3 bananas
– A cup of roasted Oatmeal
– A cup of flour (We have taken half cup maida/APF and half cup raagi)
– Half a cup of peanut butter
– A teaspoon of baking powder
– Half a teaspoon of salt
– Two eggs (optional)
– 2 tablespoon of brown sugar (optional)
– A tablespoon of cocoa powder (optional)

Other ingredients (This can be changed based on your choice) –
– Half a cup of raisins kept in hot water for 10-15 minutes
– Cashew and Almond powder
– Cinnamon powder
– Roasted pumpkin seeds
– Roasted sunflower seeds
– Roasted flex seeds
