Chocolate Weet-Bix Slice

Ingredients
3 scoops (90g) Happy Way Chocolate Protein Powder
100g medjool dates, chopped
¼ cup peanut butter
2/3 cup coconut oil
10 (150g) Weet-Bix biscuits
¼ cup cacao powder
2/3 cup rice malt syrup
Icing
120g dark choc chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Line a slice pan with baking paper. Crush Weet-Bix into a large bowl. Add protein powder, dates, and cacao.
Melt coconut oil and mix with rice syrup and peanut butter, then add to Weet-Bix mix and stir through well. Press into slice pan.
Melt choc chips with coconut oil then pour over slice and spread to the ends. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
Slice with a hot knife and serve. Try not to eat them all at once!

Triple Choc Protein balls

Ingredients
60g coconut flour
2 scoops (60g) Happy Way Chocolate Protein Powder
15g raw cacao powder
1tbs sugar free maple syrup
180ml almond milk
25g chocolate chips
Method
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a spoon
Roll with palm of hands into 12 round balls
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating

Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Watermelon
½ Banana
⅓ cup of lite coconut milk
10g shredded coconut
Method
Blend all ingredients until well combined
(Optional) Garnish with extra shredded coconut
