Egg white sandwich with veggies
1. Smart Balance Cooking spray/Earth Balance butter
2. Egg Whites
3. Onions
4. Sweet Red Peppers
5. Tomato’s
6. Cucumbers
Salt and pepper/ Wrap everything together and enjoy.

2. Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich
1. Seedless Rye Bread
2. Peanut Butter
3. 1/2 Banana cut into small slices
4. Spray with cooking oil and place in pan, remove and enjoy.

3. Tuna Avocado Sandwich
1. Peta Pocket
2. 1/2 Avocado
3. Can Tuna
4. Himalayan Pink Salt
5. 1 Teaspoon Mayo
6. Shredded carrots on top.
