This is a very easy yet healthy recipe of bread pakora. Do try it friends n let me know in the comment section how did u like this recipe.

Ingredients:
1 potato boiled and mashed
1 TBSP ginger paste
2TBSP green chilli paste
1/2TSP garam masala powder
1 TSP jeera powder
1 TSP chaat masala powder
1/2TSP amchur powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup besan
2 slices of bread.

Method:
* In a bowl take potato and add all ingredients except besan and bread
* Mix it thoroughly n the stuffing is ready
* Spread the stuffing on bread n keep it aside
* In another bowl take besan, add salt and mix little water to make a smooth batter
* Now take the bread, dip it in besan batter and shallow fry the bread.
*Flip it both sides n let it cook till the bread becomes golden brown in colour.
* Serve the bread pakora with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
