▪︎1/2 cup – Oats
▪︎1/2 cup – Yogurt (curd)
▪︎ 1 tsp – Chia Seeds
▪︎ Crushed Almonds
▪︎ Chunks of Dates
▪︎ A few Raisins
▪︎ A glass of Jaggery milk

( Can add Crushed Cashews, Walnuts,
a pinch of Cinnamon, Honey or Maple Syrup
or can top it up with Fresh Fruits )
