Sharing my healthy and delicious crunchy cucumber prawn salad, so easy to make. All you need is a grated cucumber, some grated carrots, a handful of chopped coriander and prawns. Prawns have to be scalded in boiling water and then dumped into icy cold water to retain crunchiness. So easy that anyone can made. Sauce are also homemade. The ingredients are lime juice, finely chopped garlic, sesame oil, mushroom granules, some honey and soy sauce. Absolutely delicious!
