Ingredients:
300 grams boneless chicken, a combination of breast and thigh
1 stalk celery, diced
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dill (soa), chopped
1½ teaspoons pickled gherkins, diced
2 tablespoons apple, diced
2½ tablespoons almonds, soaked, peeled and cut into matchstick-like slivers
3 tablespoons red grapes, quartered
¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
2 tablespoons dried cranberries, halved or quartered if large
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 pinch dry garlic powder
