Here is WHAT I EAT IN A DAY during self quarantine. Since we are all at home with not doing much and not moving our bodies, its so important to eat healthy and have our conscience working well in order to know how much our bodies really need. Over eating and excessive snacking is something we should keep a check on. Here are 3 healthy meal ideas you can try :
Meals:
Breakfast – Cold Oats
Lunch – Spinach Noodles with Assorted vegetables
Dinner – Cous Cous Dal Salad
2 cups of Green Tea in a day
