INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE SPONGE CAKE

* 60g Butter, melted
* 45ml Milk
* 6 Eggs, divided
* 180g Caster Sugar
* 180g Self-raising Flour
* Pink Food Coloring

FOR THE CHANTILLY CREAM

* 470g Double Cream
* 50g Caster Sugar
* 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 6g Gelatine Powder
* 2 tbsp Water

FOR THE SYRUP

* 100g Sugar
* 100g Hot Water
* 1 tbsp Cognac
