Q: Got any tips for drinking more water?
A: Take a drink every time you see or hear “quarantine” lol. Set a goal for yourself daily. If you want to drink a half gallon a day, start off with a half gallon measured out and take a drink from it every hour. Set a goal for yourself and set an alarm to remind yourself to drink your water!!!

A: Rethink what exercise looks like. With limited resources we can still socially distance ourselves and be active. Go on a hike. Run on an open field. Find some home workout on YouTube and follow a program. Do pushups and squats when commercials come on. Just get up an move.

Q: I wanna take care of myself, but the concept of self-care is really new. How should I do it?
A: Check in with yourself. What makes you happy. What makes you stressed or sad? Eliminate as much as you can around you to limit what combats your happiness. A walk, doing your hair, giving yourself a manicure can all be apart of self-care.
