1. Fresh Garlic cloves -1/4 kg
2. Red chilli powder -4 tsp
3.Salt -3 or 3 1/2 tsp as per ypur tast [That is rock salt]
4.mustard seed powder– 2 tsp
5. Mathi powder—2 tsp
6. Oil –1 cup or 1 or 1. 1/4 cup.
7. Lemon juice–2 tsp
8 Venigar–2 tsp
9.Turmeric powder—1 or 1/2 tsp.
