Ingredients :
Ragi Powder
Rice 1 1/2 Cup
Salt
1 Stick
Ghee
Green Chilli Chutney
Process : First Take a bowl and have 1 and half cup of rice and add 5 cups of water to it. Swith on the stove and keep it on high flame and add 1 spoon of salt in bowl. After 5mins just remove some water from the top layer and wait for 10 to 15mins and add 2 cups of raagi powder to the rice. Then mix both rice and powder thoroughly… Take the plates and serve hot hot raagi balls with adding ghee and chutney to it…
