Easy & delicious Greek Salad recipe with homemade dressing! I absolutely love this salad. Not only does it taste amazing but it stays fresh and tastes great as leftovers. I will prep this salad and eat it over a few days. This recipe makes about 3-4 individual meals. I don’t mention this in the video BUT.. if you want to add protein to this salad, Gyro meat would be fantastic to make this Greek salad even more amazing!

Ingredients needed:
1 Bell Peppers
1/2 Red Onion
4 Roma Tomatoes
1 English Cucumber
Kalamata Olives
Feta Cheese
For the dressing:
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Honey Mustard
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
