Welcome back to Khadijah’s Kitchen! It’s been a while, but we’re back with another easy and healthy super-food to try at home. This chia pudding brings a sweet start to your morning (or afternoon) and serves as a delicious breakfast and snack. Enjoy with sliced fruits, berries, or a variety of syrups, and feel good about it!
You’ll need:
-2 tsp chia seeds (may vary depending on container size)
-Any type of milk
-*OPTIONAL* Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, etc)
-*OPTIONAL* Fruits, berries, other toppings
Directions:
1) Open up a jar and put in 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
2) Pour milk until it fills up a little more than half the jar. Add in sweetener if desired.
3) Stir it all up using a fork. Close and seal jar, let set for 1 minute
4) Stir pudding once again before placing in fridge
5) Let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours
6) Add fruits or berries if desired. Enjoy!
