NO BAKE EGG PUDDING???!!!! 3 INGREDIENTS ONLY!
NO OVEN?! No worries, we can still make EGG PUDDING!
3 INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp coconut sugar/muscovado/brown sugar (any of your choice) for syrup
2 tbsp sugar for the pudding
1 cup warm milk of your choice (soya milk for us)
3 eggs of your choice (native chicken’s eggs for us)
Procedure:
1. Make a sugar syrup.
2. Transfer in a slightly greased pan.
3. Beat the eggs.
4. Add the sugar of your choice.
5. Add warm milk.
6. Transfer in pans. Steam for 20 minutes on a medium flame.
7. Let it cool down and put inside the fridge for 10 minutes or more.
8. Take it out! And enjoy! 😉
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
