VLOG: GROCERY SHOPPING, HEALTHY RECIPE, AT HOME COCKTAIL | LoveLexyNicole

Spend the day with me in today’s video! I take you along the day with me. We go to the grocery store and I share a haul. I also cook up a delicious recipe and make a simple and easy cocktail 🙂 Give this video a thumbs up if you enjoy it and don’t forget to subscribe!!

FAJITA CHICKEN BAKE
*I changed a few things from the video to make it even better 🙂
Ingredients:
-3 chicken breast
-1C of rice
-1C chicken broth
– 1 can of drained black beans
– 2-3 colored peppers
-1 onion
-Mexican cheese
-1 pack of taco seasoning (only half if you use fajita skillet mix)
optional : McCormick fajita skillet seasoning pack

Directions:
-Lay one cup of rice with one cup of chicken broth in a casserole dish
-add one can of drained black beans
-Add three chicken breast on top of rice and beans. Season chicken on both sides with taco seasoning (use half the seasoning pack)
-Add chopped up bell peppers and onion on top of chicken
– Season the veggies with the rest of the seasoning pack or season veggies with fajita skillet pack (use whole pack)
– Top with cheese
-Bake at 375 for 45 min-60min! Cut chicken when done to make sure it is completely cooked through.
