Ingredients
Ripe bananas – Big -3/ Small- 6
Wheat flour/ Aata – 1 1/2 cups
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder – 2 tsp
Ginger powder – 1tsp (optional)
Butter – 1/2 cup
Jaggery powder/ melted jaggery- 1/4 cup
Eggs -2
Milk – 1/2 cup
Dates/ nuts – optional
If the bananas aren’t ripe, just bake them before you mash them.
And you have your healthy banana bread ready!!!
