How to prepare wheat flour pan cake :
This easy wheat flour pancake is super healthy and taste really delicious too. Enjoy it hot with some chutney of your choice.
Ingredients : (1 cup = 220 ml)
* Wheat Flour – 1 cup
* Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
* finely chopped Onion – 1 medium
* Finely chopped Green Chillies – 1
* Finely chopped Coriander leaves – 1 cup
* Chat masala – 1 tsp
* Water as needed
* Oil for making pancake
Instructions
1. MIx all ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
2. Heat oil in a pan, take a ladleful of batter and make like dosa, drizzle oil around the sides.
3. Cook till golden on one side, flip over and cook.
4. Serve hot with chutney
