This video is about Sweet Potato Chapathi, an easy healthy snack or breakfast for kids.
Ingredients:
* Boiled sweet potato – 1
* Wheat Fluor – 1 cup
* Salt ( as required)
* Water (as required)
* Ghee (to drizzle)
Recipe:
1. Mash the boiled sweet potato well.
2. Add wheat flour, salt and mix well.
3. Add required water and knead it to a soft dough.
4. Make small balls out of it and roll into flat round shape .
5. Cook on tawa by drizzling ghee on it.
6. Cook on both sides till golden brown.
7. Taste sweet chapathi is ready to be served.
