Watch as Parents Magazine shows you healthy breakfast ideas during pregnancy! Your body is working so hard when you’re expecting, so your breakfast needs to give you enough fuel and nutrients to last through the day. Start off right with these healthy breakfast ideas, each with about 500 calories and plenty of healthy nutrients. Combine one cup of Shredded Wheat with 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of raspberries, and four tablespoons of chopped almonds. Top this with a cup of non-fat milk. Nutty French toast makes for a healthy breakfast idea with protein. Beat two eggs, dip in two slices of whole wheat bread, and cook them in a coated pan. Top this with a tablespoon of light maple syrup and walnut halves, and serve with a clementine. For a granola-yogurt combination, mix a cup of low-fat, plain yogurt with four tablespoons of dried mango. Add 1/4 cup of low-fat granola.
